kgoble34

An overflowing inbox can feel overwhelming, but with the right approach, you can regain control. Here are five simple steps to declutter your inbox and keep it organized for the long term/

Steps:

  1. Set a Timer

-Dedicate 15-30 minutes daily to focus on clearing emails. Small chunks of time add up!

  1. Create folders and categories

-Organize your emails into categories like "work", "personal", and "To-Do". Use folders to file them away.

  2. Unsubscribe from unnecessary Newsletters

-Use tools like Unroll.Me or manually unsubscribe from Newsletters you no longer read.

  3. Use filters and Rules

-Automate your inbox by setting rules for specific senders or keywords to go into folders directly.

  4. Adopt the "One-Touch" Rule

-Act on email as soon as you read it; reply, delete, or file it. Avoid re-reading emails you could handle immediately.

Decluttering your inbox is just the start! Maintaining it requires consistent habits, and if you need help, I'm here to make your inbox a stress-free zone.
